Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Standard delivery within the UK usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

  • Free UK shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (details shown at checkout or on promotional pages).

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship internationally. 

Delays & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • However, we will assist you in tracking delayed packages and resolving delivery issues where possible.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Tracking Orders
