At Kind to Skin Ltd, we take pride in creating eco-friendly, non-toxic clothing designed with care for your body and the planet. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate apparel can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and the items have not been worn, unless the product is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos if possible.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
